Terms of Service

Welcome to DubDash ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "user," or "your") and JVDB Studios ("JVDB Studios"), governing your access to and usage of our proprietary automated localization, voice cloning, and AI video dubbing pipeline. By utilizing our dashboard, ordering renderings, or engaging in white-glove processing, you assent to these Terms.

1. Description of Services & SLA Standards

DubDash provides a professional localization pipeline combining high-end artificial intelligence models with certified human QA (quality control) reviewers. Standard deliverables include:

• Voice-cloned multi-lingual audio mappings (including Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Dutch, German, and more).
• Clean script translation, context refinement, and transcript structural alignments.
• Interactive local media trials using our responsive player.
• Enterprise delivery SLAs: Standard production cycles deliver completed localized video packages within **4 to 24 hours** from active upload depending on account parameters.

2. Voice Cloning Authority & Warranties

To safely provide personalized vocal matching precision, Client provides the following critical warranties:

• Consensual Cloning: You warrant that you possess all legal right, title, interest, and written permission from individual voice performers or presenters whose voice is modeled to construct synthetic targets.
• Acceptable Materials: You represent that you are the primary rights holder, licensee, or authorized distributor of all uploaded source dialogue, scripts, video feeds, and images.
• Anti-Abuse Covenant: You shall not use DubDash to generate non-consensual voice tracks, mock political satire without consent, defamatory representations, or content violating copyright, trademark, or general privacy protections.

3. Permitted Enterprise & Business Use

Enterprise users (including global brands such as L'Oréal) may deploy DubDash localized videos for outward social marketing platforms, retail distribution networks, corporate training, outbound sales templates, and localized streaming releases. You are solely responsible for compliance with regional labeling guidelines regarding synthetic AI media disclosures if applicable.

4. Payment, Subscriptions, & Resource Allotment

• Service Pricing: Service fees are calculated strictly based on a per-minute or scoped monthly enterprise contract. Upfront retainer billing applies to standard production orders.
• Demo and Pilot Bookings: Standard pilots booked through the website request form represent non-binding negotiations. Rates and capacities are formalized following initial procurement approval.

5. Safety and Platform Auditing

We reserve the right, but hold no proactive duty, to screen user content to protect our infrastructure and cloud services from hostile software or illegal distribution pipelines. DubDash may suspend active processing immediately if an unauthorized target voice configuration or clear copyright infringement notice is flagged.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

In no event shall JVDB Studios or its subsidiary networks be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from your deployment of localized materials. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JVDB Studios from claims or damage liabilities arising from vocal unauthorized-use allegations on material supplied directly by your organization.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and the operation of the DubDash platform shall be governed by, and construed in structural accordance with, the laws of the **Netherlands**. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising hereunder shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of **Amsterdam, NL**.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms occasionally. We will notify enterprise clients via email or system notices inside the DubDash portal when material revisions occur. Continuous usage after updates represents binding acceptance.
